The Power of Being Selfish: Building a $250 Million Brand Without Losing Yourself

Join Wendy Diamond and Kerry Docherty, Co-Founder and Chief Impact Officer of Faherty, the lifestyle brand she helped grow into a $250+ million company with 80+ stores and 700+ retail partners, including Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's, and other leading retailers.

In this intimate conversation, Kerry shares the lessons behind building an iconic brand, leading with purpose, and why reclaiming the word "selfish" changed her life. Learn how investing in yourself can fuel extraordinary success—in business, leadership, and life.

Build Bigger. Lead Bolder. Live Authentically.

Because the most successful women know that taking care of themselves isn't selfish—it's their greatest competitive advantage.

Seats are intentionally limited.
The impact will be lasting.

If you believe in women supporting women—this is your room.
