I'm Heidi Conway, the founding Changemaker Educator of Raising Changemaker Teens. We're passionate about empowering both neurotypical and neurodivergent young people aged 13-25, including NDIS participants, by equipping them with the skills, confidence, and clarity they need to thrive in the workforce and embark on their journey to independent living.

Supporting Your Alternative Path to Education, Career and Independence

Through personalised one-on-one and group sessions, we support young people in identifying and achieving meaningful goals, creating smoother, empowering pathways toward employment or career in business. Additionally, we offer comprehensive training and resources to parents, carers, and educators, helping them confidently support their young person's journey toward becoming their authentic self.

In 2015, I made a significant life change. Witnessing my two sons struggling within conventional education systems led me to leave my corporate career behind to home-educate them. At the time, they were 8 and 11, and it quickly became evident that many other parents shared similar concerns regarding mental health, anxiety, and a dis-connect from the many aspects of traditional schooling. Leveraging my expertise as a qualified communicator, scientist, trainer and life coach (since 2001), I created a nurturing space designed specifically for teens and young adults to flourish authentically. Inspired by young people's journeys in discovering their passions (which even includes a special turtle story!), Raising Changemaker Teens was born.

Since then, I've expanded my knowledge and developed transformative programs such as The Changemaker Way™ and Conscious Transactions™, which effectively address apathy, anxiety, and uncertainty about the future. Our participants emerge as confident, future-ready changemakers, while parents frequently report increased calmness and resilience themselves.
