Weekly Sacred Sunrise Gathering - Men and Women (FREE EVENT)
Event description
This is a FREE weekly event for all Men and Women that would like to come together for a Sacred Gathering in the early hours of the morning.
You'll be guided through some gentle Exercise to help everyone stay warm (Yoga and Qi Gong).
There will be some form of Sound Healing (either didgeridoo or shamanic drumming).
We will finish with a guided meditation.
It's going to be a very special and mindful way to start the day.
The intention:
To come together to hold space for each other, to bathe in the Sacred, to support each other and build community so that we can all show up in our highest capacities.
I feel also that powerful connections and conversations will be had at these gatherings that may lead to some powerful collaborations.
This week we will meet at the Basketball Court at Ballymanus Playground in Alfredton.
