Wholehearted Mornings

Welcome!

Meet us at the Chai Tent, Saturday 12th October, for a wholesome morning guided by Ben & Stacey from Wholehearted & Limitless. 

Most Saturdays you will find Ben & Stacey playing and mingling with their community at the Chai Tent. Ben jamming out with his brother Luke and Stacey twirling around with her hula hoops, both with their kids in tow. 

We feel passionate about sharing the simple tools we have implemented into our daily lives, with our greater community. 

Our shared vision is to see a more harmonious future for ourselves, children and communities. We believe for positive change to occur, this starts with healthy relationships, first with SELF, which ripples out naturally into healthy relationships with others, directly impacting our communities in a positive way. What does a healthy relationship to SELF look like? We believe the place to start is creating healthy, easy and accessible (busy parents here!) daily self care rituals. It is important for the next generation to witness adults taking time for themselves and modelling self care, therefore, children are ENCOURAGED to come along and witness their LOVED ones model self care. We will have a KIDS COLOURING STATION set up nearby.

• Yoga mat
• Swimmers under clothes
• Blanket/eye pillow/comfort for breathwork
• Journal
• Water

8am - Welcome, connection and gentle stretch with Ben

8.30am -A nourishing, rest & digest breathwork with Stacey

9am - Come together and brave the Ice, you will be deeply guided and supported by Ben, Stacey & your community. Enjoy many benefits such as overcoming the inner critic, slow dopamine release, energy boost for the day & improved sleep.

9.30am - celebrate YOU for showing up, gather around for a Chai (included in your ticket) and listen to the angelic live duo 'Whoopy Doo' an acoustic set by Ben & Luke Van Zoelen. 

10am onwards - if you feel like continuing to move your body, follow on with Hoop Jams led by Stacey - a free of charge space to play and learn some hula hoop tricks or continue the connection with the incredible people you have just surrounded yourself with.
