    Meet your facilitators:

Jess (@jesstran.yoga) ā€“ Yoga, meditation and breathwork teacher

Originally from a corporate background, Jess is familiar with the disconnect that most experience from everyday life. She blends playful, dynamic movement with reverence for yoga's Eastern roots, having completed her 200RYT in Rishikesh, the birthplace of yoga.

Amy (@oversoul_healing) ā€“ Yoga and meditation teacher, Reiki master, sound healer and cacao ceremony facilitator

Amy draws on her lived experiences of anxiety, overwhelm and grief to hold space and guide others. Having experienced the benefits of the modalities of Reiki, yoga, meditation and sound healing firsthand on her own healing journey. She is now passionate about sharing these modalities with others.

We look forward to holding this space for you,

    Jess and Amy
