"Men in nature" offerings provide a transformative opportunity to go within whilst being surrounded and engaged with the natural environment. Develop a respectful, sacred and safe healing space amongst like-minded men to share, celebrate and grow. Each event may be personalised to suit the needs and desires of your group.

The Men in Nature program is about being in nature, feeling nature, together.

We will meet the last Sunday of the month in a beautiful location in nature around Sydney, between 5pm-7pm.

Starting 26th march 2023: 5pm to 7pm at North Head Sanctuary (you can choose the date(s) in the calendar when you do the booking).

Facilitator - Dr. Sarah Brikke (PhD) founded Healing with Nature in 2020. She is an accredited and certified Forest Therapy Guide (INFTA), a Mental Health First Aider, an Environmental Educator (Northern Beaches Council, Ku-Ring-Gai Council, Royal Botanical Garden, Centennial Parklands and Sydney Olympic Park Authority), a Park Ranger and a mother. She holds more than 15 years experience working in the field of environmental education and sustainability globally.
