An OLOVO Safari to the Frequency Lab in Newtown. An all-immersive one hour experience combines the science of sound, vibration, and light to create a transformative experience for both mind and body. Our approach is grounded in neuroscience and frequency research, designed to optimise wellbeing, focus, and inner balance.

This safari to the Frequency Lab integrates advanced technologies such as sonic waterbeds, which translate sound frequencies into full-body vibrations, and light meditation systems that stimulate the pineal gland, supporting brainwave entrainment and expanded states of consciousness. Combined with carefully tuned soundscapes and live instrumentation, each session is engineered to promote deep nervous system regulation, clarity of thought, and measurable shifts in wellbeing.

Led by a team of trained sound facilitators, sessions fuse ancient instruments, such as gongs, didgeridoo, and crystal bowls, with nature sounds and modern electronic frequencies. This synergy of tradition and technology ensures no two experiences are the same, while each one delivers targeted effects supported by sound science.

OLOVO works with women leaders looking to explore more somatic practices for health and wellbeing. Optional to come to Cafe Barmuda afterwards for coffee.
