Welcome to the Women's Community Connection WA February event.

This event is intended as a co-created space in which we meet as equals, as women seeking deeper connection within and with each other in the frenetic and fast-paced environment within which we exist. This is an intentional space, offered as an opportunity for respite, reflection and deep relaxation for your body, your mind and your spirit.

Throughout history, women have always come together. To share, support, advise, and most importantly to CONNECT. This is an opportunity to bring simple ritual and connection into your life. A chance to be seen and heard and LOVED.

Facilitation and space holding is by Kristen Thackray from Carinyah Bodywork however, you are invited to share knowledge, wisdom and guidance. If you wish to contribute in any way, please contact Kristen on 0429503944.

Explore meditation, Shamanic journeying and guided visualisation, drumming, sound healing and vibration, aromatherapy, the senses, holistic self-care practices, movement and embodiment, self-massage, and consciousness, soul and emotional exploration and expansion practices.

TICKETING

This is intended as a not-for-profit event. Ticket costs will contribute towards space hire and other overheads. Additional profit will be donated to an agreed charity on behalf of the group. Different options are provided based on your circumstance, and I invite you to select accordingly.

February EVENT

This event will focus on your inner child.

When was the last time you felt childlike, free from the pressures of life, easy and wild?

Join me to explore practices to connect with, nurture and heal your inner child.

Be guided on a shamanic journey to meet and share space with your inner child. Give her the love she needs and receive from her the energy of ease and freedom that is childhood.

Please bring the following:

- A small offering that represents YOUR inner child. You can take it home with you afterwards

- Yoga Mat, pillow, bolster, blanket, eye pillow, etc.

- Water Bottle

- An open mind and a playful heart
