This is our Express Pop-Up — a relaxed evening combining practical self-defence skills, mindful movement + stretching, and meditation.

No experience needed. No pressure. Just come as you are.

Every woman is welcome here 🌸

There’ll definitely be a few laughs along the way too. We’re down-to-earth, easygoing and loads of fun.

You’ll learn some genuinely useful skills, but there’s no pressure to get everything right — just have a go, build some confidence, enjoy yourself while you’re there and meet some like-minded women.

🥊SELF-DEFENCE

Led by Josh “Krav Maga” Karst (KMK), you’ll learn a few practical, beginner-friendly self-defence skills designed to build confidence and awareness in a supportive environment.

This is an Express session, so we’ll keep things simple, practical and approachable — giving you a taste of self-defence without it feeling overwhelming or intimidating.

🌿MINDFUL MOVEMENT + STRETCH

Led by Zoe from Mindful Movement & Breath, we’ll bring the energy back down after self-defence with gentle, mindful movement and longer-held stretches. A chance to slow down, release some tension and settle into your body.

🌙GUIDED MEDITATION

We’ll finish the evening with a guided meditation — a moment to allow everything you’ve learned and experienced to land before you leave and start your weekend feeling relaxed.

ARRIVAL & START TIME

⏰Please arrive from 6:15pm to get settled. The workshop begins promptly at 6:30pm. Doors will be locked at 6:30pm and late entry will not be possible, so please make sure you arrive before the session begins.

✨We'll finish together and head out as a group, so no one needs to walk back to their car alone.
