Event description

Year 12 students and their families are cordially invited to the 2025 Year 12 Graduation Dinner. We look forward to a great night and hope that you will find it a truly memorable way of finishing what has been a very successful year.

Bookings will open at 10am on Tuesday 14 October, and close at 5pm on Tuesday 28 October.

Please note, a ticket must be purchased for the Graduating Year 12 student. It is expected that students attending will be accompanied by members of their families.

Ticket Allocation

The maximum ticket allocation per family is 5, including a ticket for the Graduating Year 12 student. You will only be permitted to purchase up to 5 tickets per transaction.

While the maximum ticket allocation per family is 5 (including a ticket for the graduating student), we understand that some families may wish to request more. At checkout, you’ll have the option to join our waitlist and submit a request for additional tickets, along with a reason for your request. After ticket sales close, any extra tickets will be allocated at the discretion of the College Leadership Team based on family needs and the responses provided. Please note that if you're offered additional tickets, it may require relocating your existing seating to accommodate extra guests.

Tables

Students or families who wish to be seated at a table with each other will need to book and pay for their tickets in separate transactions. Where this occurs, we encourage families to book and pay for their tickets at the same time. The total number of people per table cannot exceed 10. Families can also utilise the "search" feature to find tickets in close proximity to other families.

In cases where there are no specific requests to be seated with other families, groups will be combined to ensure each table is as full as possible.

Please be aware that the floor plan is subject to potential modifications, and while we cannot guarantee specific seating locations within the venue, we will make every effort to accommodate your seat selection based on the choices made during the booking process.

If any of your guests have accessibility needs, we recommend choosing a seat along the edge of the venue floorplan for easier access to restrooms and amenities. Please be aware that tables are closely arranged, limiting mobility around seating areas

A two-course set menu will be provided as follows:

Adelaide Convention Centre – policy

The Adelaide Convention Centre has very strict rules concerning the sale of alcohol, and as this is a school function, alcohol will not be served to guests under 18. Please bring proof of age if you wish to purchase or consume alcohol. Adults/parents are prohibited from purchasing or supplying alcohol to persons under 18. The venue policy is to remove any guests who are found with or are under the influence of any drugs or illegal substances.

Arrival

Students are asked to arrive by 6:00pm on the night for a group photo. The photo will be taken promptly at 6:00pm. Formalities will commence at 6:30pm.

'Red Carpet' entry is via the main doors on North Terrace. The dinner will be held in Halls F & G.

Refund policy

NAZARETH - HUMANITIX EVENT REFUND PROCEDURE We understand that plans change, and sometimes you may need to cancel your attendance at our community events. To ensure fairness and clarity for all attendees, we have established the following refund procedure for tickets obtained / purchased via Humanitix: 1. If the event is cancelled for any reason, we will provide a full refund of the ticket price. For cancelled events, you do not need to apply for a refund as we will automatically attempt to process a refund back via the original payment method used to purchase the ticket. Refunds will be processed no later than 30 days of the event cancellation. 2. If the event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically carry over to the new date. However, if you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you must apply for a refund 72 hours prior to the event. If you do not request a refund by that date, you will have agreed to the reschedule and will not be entitled to claim a refund. 3. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, all liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased (including any fees or charges unless otherwise notified at time of purchase). 4. If you are unable to attend the event due to any of the reasons below, you may be eligible for a refund (up to the full purchase amount, including any fees or charges unless otherwise notified at the time of purchase). • Pre-existing Medical Condition / Pregnancy Complication • Jury service • Court summons • Armed Forces & Emergency Services Recall We may consider other emergency circumstances at our discretion. All refund requests made due to these reasons must be submitted in writing at least 12 hours before the event. 5. Nazareth does not offer refunds or exchanges as a result of a change in your personal circumstances or due to external factors such as, for example, adverse weather. We do not refund if you made your booking by mistake, or it is no longer wanted or needed. 6. If you are unable to attend the event for any reason other than those listed above, we are unable to provide a refund. However, you may be able to transfer your ticket to another individual, with prior approval from the event organiser. Transfer of tickets must be completed at least 12 hours before the event. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF REFUND • Any reason for refund must not have been reasonably foreseeable at the time of booking. • You must make all arrangements to arrive in time to attend the event. • Proof of purchase may be required for any refund or exchange. • When a request is approved, we will automatically attempt to process a refund back via the original payment method used to purchase the ticket. Otherwise, you may be asked to provide your bank account details so that we can make the refund payment via EFT. • The maximum refund value per person will not exceed the total value of their share of the booking. • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the event cancellation, or within 30 days of the written refund request.
