Event description

Year 12 students and their families are cordially invited to the 2025 Year 12 Graduation Dinner. We look forward to a great night and hope that you will find it a truly memorable way of finishing what has been a very successful year.

Bookings will open at 10am on Tuesday 14 October, and close at 5pm on Tuesday 28 October. 

Please note, a ticket must be purchased for the Graduating Year 12 student. It is expected that students attending will be accompanied by members of their families.

Ticket Allocation

The maximum ticket allocation per family is 5, including a ticket for the Graduating Year 12 student. You will only be permitted to purchase up to 5 tickets per transaction.

While the maximum ticket allocation per family is 5 (including a ticket for the graduating student), we understand that some families may wish to request more. At checkout, you’ll have the option to join our waitlist and submit a request for additional tickets, along with a reason for your request. After ticket sales close, any extra tickets will be allocated at the discretion of the College Leadership Team based on family needs and the responses provided. Please note that if you're offered additional tickets, it may require relocating your existing seating to accommodate extra guests.

Tables

Students or families who wish to be seated at a table with each other will need to book and pay for their tickets in separate transactions. Where this occurs, we encourage families to book and pay for their tickets at the same time. The total number of people per table cannot exceed 10. Families can also utilise the "search" feature to find tickets in close proximity to other families.

In cases where there are no specific requests to be seated with other families, groups will be combined to ensure each table is as full as possible.

Please be aware that the floor plan is subject to potential modifications, and while we cannot guarantee specific seating locations within the venue, we will make every effort to accommodate your seat selection based on the choices made during the booking process.

If any of your guests have accessibility needs, we recommend choosing a seat along the edge of the venue floorplan for easier access to restrooms and amenities. Please be aware that tables are closely arranged, limiting mobility around seating areas

Food & Drinks

A two-course set menu will be provided as follows: 

  • Entrée
    Confit Tasmanian salmon, split dill & buttermilk dressing, avocado mousse, lemon gel, cucumber ceviche, caviar, native herb salad (GF, HF, NF)

  • Mains (alternate drop)
    Char-grilled Barossa Valley chicken breast, native thyme kipfler potatoes, garlic fried green beans, honey roasted carrot purée, balsamic onion jam, crispy prosciutto shard, Coriole verjuice glaze (DF, GF, NF)

    Char-grilled beef fillet, Olga’s Beef Boss Rub braised short rib, stock braised potato, cauliflower purée, broccolini, roasted heirloom carrots, Port jus (GF, NF)

  • Children's menu
    Chicken schnitzel, chips & ice-cream 

  • Please note:

    Drinks are not included in the menu. 
    Diabetic, Gluten-free and other dietary requirement alternatives will be available.
    Please indicate your dietary requirements when booking your tickets.

Adelaide Convention Centre – policy

The Adelaide Convention Centre has very strict rules concerning the sale of alcohol, and as this is a school function, alcohol will not be served to guests under 18. Please bring proof of age if you wish to purchase or consume alcohol. Adults/parents are prohibited from purchasing or supplying alcohol to persons under 18. The venue policy is to remove any guests who are found with or are under the influence of any drugs or illegal substances. 

Arrival

Students are asked to arrive by 6:00pm on the night for a group photo. The photo will be taken promptly at 6:00pm. Formalities will commence at 6:30pm.

'Red Carpet' entry is via the main doors on North Terrace. The dinner will be held in Halls F & G.

Dress Code

The dress code for students and families is cocktail / formal wear.
