Event description

{This is an event based on donation, feel free to add whatever you feel/can/want without any pressure or obligation 🤍✨🙏🏽}

After a season of eclipses that invite us to go inwards to face our shades and shadows , our darkness and sit with them to understand them, acknowledge them and accept them , it is time to use the power of this full moon in Scorpio to let go everything that doesn’t serve us anymore , that doesn’t represent us or align with this new version of ourselves so we can make space for all the things that are awaiting for us .

With this special sequence that I have created to let go, the power of the full moon and our own energy as well as our  willingness to keep moving forward, we will fire up our desires, motivations and hunger for passion, expression and sensuality… 🙏🏽✨

We will be practising yin yoga which is a slow pace yoga style that incorporates principles of the traditional Chinese medicine together with yoga asanas, a perfect blend of ancient wisdom that helps us to feel grounded by slowing down and facing our inner world, accepting it without any judgment, it is what it is and that’s okay . Yin alleviates the stress and restore your energy levels. Yin yoga represents the calm in this yang and hectic world where we are constantly in automatic pilot , in a rush , not stopping to really listen to ourselves , to breathe and relax. And at a physical level yin yoga works by targeting  the connective tissue like tendons, fascia and ligaments improving flexibility, boosting circulation and reducing tension.

After yin we will practice yoga nidra which is a guided meditation where you are in a state of consciousnesses between waking and sleeping.

 Yoga nidra allows you to access delta brainwaves, which are responsible for the healing and restoration that happens in your body during deep sleep. Activating delta brainwaves during yoga nidra allows your mind and body to rest while you're awake and actually 45 min of Yoga nidra are equivalent to 3 hours of deep sleep.

And we will finish up with a sound bath with crystal singing bowls :)

This is for everyone, you don’t need to have practised yoga before, come with a curious and open mind :)

I can’t wait to see you :)

From my heart to yours,

Hari

Bring a water bottle and your beautiful smile :)
