In our Yoga Heroz classes children explore poses that support their breathing, concentration, mindfulness and sense of well being guided by our trained children's yoga teacher Tina.

We do poses together, play yoga games, do meditative art and meditation, sing chants, explore ways to relax with our breathing in fun and engaging ways in our beautiful cosy space at P.L.A.Y. With A Purpose. We have lots of strategies and ways to work together included in our yoga class.

Yoga Heroz supports your child's:

Parents and caregivers are so very welcome to join us in the class or have a peaceful cup of tea or a lovely cup of Camomile tea under our pergola looking at the garden to nourish the body and mind while your little ones do yoga in our playroom.
