Join us for a session of rejuvenating beach yoga, a sumptuous lunch and an invigorating hike through the rain forest to a spectacular waterfall.

No previous experience in hiking is necessary. We will provide everything you need for an awesome time in the great outdoors. Lunch is provided, if you have any special dietary requirements, we are more than happy to cater for you.

We will meet you at the Cumberland River Caravan Park, on the Great Ocean Road.

Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in, layered active wear is perfect. Pack a hat, a warm jacket and rain wear, just in case! Sneakers or hiking boots are the best choice of footwear. Please bring your bathers so we can have a dip under the falls if it is warm.

Apart from that, all you need to bring with you is a small back pack and a water bottle and we are good to go!

The day is for women who want to experience hiking. Even if you have never hiked long distances before, this experience is for you! We will be with you every step of the way to make sure it is one to remember.

By the way, if the weather is horrendous (or the restrictions are still in place) we will reschedule the day.
