Yogic Meditation for Gay, Bi, Queer Men

Overview:

This 3 class-series will share several methods, and deep philosophy to give you confidence with meditation. 

Techniques shared will include Emotion Focused practice, inquiry based practices, heart-centred visualisations, and mantra techniques. A central focus will be placed on the yogic principle of raising energy in the 'susumna' - the 'energetic spine'. 

Develop a creative, joyful relationship with meditation.

Your payment covers all 3 sessions. You need only book into one to confirm all 3. Please mark your calendar for all 3 dates in the series - 16th, 23rd and 30th August.

About your facilitator:

Patrick Fitzgerald is a practitioner of Yoga and meditation over 20 years. He is a disciple of the Yoga master Paramhansa Yogananda, and a member of the global 'Yoga church' called Ananda Sangha. He teaches and practises at the Ashtanga Centre of Melbourne. Patrick is also the founder and general secretary of Love Guys (co-operative - pending). He coordinates peer-support, personal growth workshops and conscious dating for gay, bi and queer men.
