Join us for the Young Leaders Council Spring 2025 Impact Series Nonprofit Roundtable discussion on Thursday, April 24th from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at Casa Azafrán. Doors open at 11:00 a.m. for check-in and networking.

This event is sponsored by Fifth Third Bank and will feature timely perspectives from experienced nonprofit leaders, offering valuable insights into the evolving landscape of Middle Tennessee. Gain practical strategies to secure resources for your programs, explore innovative solutions to common challenges, and discover effective ways to mobilize your board for greater impact. Don’t miss this opportunity to connect, learn, and strengthen your organization’s ability to thrive.


The YLC Impact Series is a continuing education initiative, hosted twice a year to provide opportunities to network and expand collective learning around topics related to nonprofit board leadership. The Spring Impact Series is open to all YLC alumni and community partners.

Panelists Include:

  • Meagan Flippin (President and CEO, Center for Nonprofit Excellence of Middle Tennessee)
  • Adnan Karim (Vice President of Community Impact, Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee)
  • Erica Mitchell (President & CEO, United Way of Greater Nashville.)


The YLC Spring Impact Series is hosted in partnership with Pierce Public Relations and will be moderated by Julia Bonner Zade, president of Pierce Public Relations and YLC’s immediate past board chair.


Tickets are $25 and include lunch. $20 Early Bird tickets are available until April 10.
