    Your ticket/s will be valid and carried over for the next event that is set down for Saturday 25th February 2023.

    Zaidee's Mad Cow Mud Run 2023 first wave 8am on the day.

    PLEASE NOTE - the other HALF 2022 medal given out in the Feb 2023 event.

    The Zaidee's Mad Cow Mud Run is an obstacle course set out to challenge your overall limits! Compete by yourself or in a team to tackle Shepparton's quirkiest obstacle event. Compete as an adult or as a kid in separate, designated course routes designed to test your limits while having a great time along the way!

    This event is held at Kidstown Midland Highway Mooroopna.

    2023 event is capped at 1500 tickets only.

    COVID Safe Settings for events

    • Public events may proceed.
    • It is recommended that entertainment and hospitality venues and their patrons opt for seated service only and avoid indoor dance floors.
    • A density quotient of one person per two square meetings applies to indoor spaces in some entertainment or function premises and all food and drink premises.
    • All workers at an event must be fully vaccinated or have a valid medical exemption unless they are under the age of 12 years and 2 months.
    • The Victorian Government QR Code Service must be used to check-in workers and patrons at the event premises.
    • Events held in most venues will require a COVID Check-in Marshal to ensure patrons over the age of 18 years check-in via the Service Victoria App

  •  and that patrons over 16 show evidence of their vaccination status or a valid medical exemption
  • A Service Victoria QR Code poster must be placed at each public entrance of the event premises. Where no defined entrance exists (for example, an event in a public park), posters must be prominently placed at regular intervals in the areas where patrons are likely to enter the event premises. For best practice examples of where to place posters within different event premises, visit Visual guide for workplaces 

  • It is recommended that event and venue operators:

    Adults wanting to run with kids aged 5-12 can purchase a $40 ticket and run in the designated 12pm only wave time and you will get a medal. Please select Adult Companion when booking.

    Parents with 3 and 4 year old can run free at this event and will get a medal medal this is capped at 25 tickets only.

    Children with special needs have a time of 12.10pm to run with a helper or adult, but you purchase a ticket in which ever age group you fall under.

    The event is owned and managed by Zaidee's Rainbow Foundation, which aims to increase awareness about organ and tissue donation. 100% of all profits from Mad Cow Mud Run event go towards Zaidee's Rainbow Foundation. Foundation!

    Ticket price includes entrance, parking on site is free, and bag drop is a $2 gold coin donation on the day. Further details about the event can be found our website www.zaidee.org  

    There are a number of great spots along the course for spectators to come along, support your friends & family, and take as many pictures as you want!

    PLEASE NOTE - We have the right to adjust the wave times due prior to the day due to extreme weather if we see it is going to be a hot day - as we did for our 2019 event - we will try and get everyone off early to avoid the heat.

    Please note that this events medal will be a split medal or two halves. First half medal was given out on Sat 26th Feb - the other half for the 2022 event being held on Sat 5th Nov 2022. If you attend both events your will get both halves of the medal, which is an incentive to then come back in Nov 2022 to run the course and get the other half medal.

    Bag Drop - Gold Coin for Bad Drop - this is the building near the start line. 

    Parking is free at this event and lot of it.

    First Aid is on site from start to end of this event.

    Spectators are allows to roam the course but we ask you dont cross the ropes where the runners run.

    Water station 2 around the course for runners. We kindly ask spectator to bring you own water.

    Training - always suggest you do a little bit before your take on this course for both adults and children.

    Cloths - do not wear your best runners or other cloths as they will get wet dirty and maybe damage around the course. If you have run the event before you know what I am talking about.

    Merchandise - Zaidee will have a tent up with all out Zaidee's products for purchase on the day.
