Congratulations – you’ve now booked a site for Wheels at Wanaka 2023!

By booking online you’ve confirmed your business for Wheels at Wanaka, including set up day, Friday 7 April and trading on the main show days being Saturday 8th & Sunday 9th April 2023. Only invited trade or food and coffee stands will be able to trade on Good Friday, 7 April 2023.

Wheels at Wanaka’s main show days are Saturday, 8 and Sunday 9 April, gates will open to the public from 9am and close 4.30pm daily.

Your trade exhibitors pass gives you access to the two main show days plus free entry to

Saturday night’s exhibitor only Shakedown in the Shed Awards, from 5pm until late.
view the earthmoving practice day on Friday 7 April. Public gates to the earthmoving zone will open 9.00am and close 4.30pm on Good Friday. The public will NOT have access to the main site on Good Friday whilst it is in set up mode.
