Powering Profits: Commercialisation Masterclass
Description
CORE Innovation Hub invites founders and innovators to a full-day event designed to accelerate your business growth. Part of the CORE Start Program 2026 and open to all, this event is hosted at AARP, Australia's premier robotics and automation testing facility. You'll attend BrewHub & Connect networking in the morning, then work through two practical workshops on pricing, positioning and sales. You'll understand the key strategies behind pricing, market positioning and sales pipeline development, and practical ways to apply them in your business. Lunch is included.
10am: BrewHub & Connect

Master the strategy behind value-based pricing and market positioning to turn customer interest into sustainable revenue. This workshop equips founders with the frameworks to price with confidence, articulate their unique value, and win their ideal market segment — covering pricing models and unit economics, market validation, go-to-market strategy, and marketing channels and customer acquisition.
1.30pm: Lunch
Catered lunch is provided, please let us know your dietary requirements when you RSVP.
2.30pm: Sales & Commercialisation Workshop
Turn early customer traction into a scalable, repeatable revenue engine. This workshop equips founders with essential sales strategies, pitch frameworks, and commercialisation pathways to shorten sales cycles and close high-value deals — covering sales execution and pipeline development, industry procurement processes, and commercial deal structures and negotiation.
Facilitators:
Justin Davies is Managing Director of Emergination, a two-time CEO who has built $20M+ in business and advised companies with $300M+ in turnover, turning that commercial experience into clear, practical facilitation on sales and commercialisation for founders navigating the same growth challenges.
Patrick Green is Co-founder and Sales Manager at Tekkon, which since 2018 has helped startups, scale-ups and SMEs extend their development teams through a remote staff augmentation model. His self-described anti-salesman, client-first approach brings that same practical, no-hype grounding to sales and commercialisation.
