Join our CORE Yoga classes on Tuesdays 7PM-8PM at Paloma's studio at her residence in Oakton. Bring a yoga mat and your water bottle. We will engage the power house and activate the solar plexus chakra with yoga and pilates inspired moves! This class will include full body stretching, and hip mobility movements with some traditional yoga asanas as well. First time is FREE!
