Join our Core Yoga classes on Tuesdays 7PM-8PM at Paloma's studio at her residence in Oakton. We do core-focused yoga exercises and pilates inspired exercises to engage the powerhouse. This class is a fusion of core activation, balance, hip mobility, and traditional yoga asanas, ending in a very grounding vibe in savasana. First time is FREE!

You’re welcome to park anywhere along the street on the same side as my house.
Please do not park across the street on the neighbor’s side.
Additional parking is available in the cul-de-sac to the right of the house.
