2026 Corkscrew Comedy Festival @ Maverick Saloon
Description
Join us for an evening of knee-slappingly, hilarious stand-up comedy at the legendary Maverick Saloon. A li’l history for fellow Valley nerds: Since 1963, this iconic venue has had many incarnations which include a dance hall, a tool-rental facility, and a haven for lost dollar bills that now cling to its ceiling (don’t ask us how). But tonight we’re transforming this storied speakeasy into a comedy club featuring some of the hottest comics this side of the Santa Ynez River… and the other side too.
Doors open at 6pm, and the show starts at 7pm.
Food & Drinks:
The Maverick’s usual crowd-pleasing menu of food and drinks will be available for purchase at the bar.
Free parking available onsite. 21 and over please.
Be there or don’t be anywhere!
Lineup
Alan Snider
Alan Snider is a comedian from Chicago who lives in Los Angeles. You can see him at the show he hosts in West Hollywood getting called knockoff Ryan Gosling by people who don’t realize that’s the nicest thing anyone has ever said about him.
Anastasia Narinski
Anastasia Narinskiy is a comedian, writer and actress of out Los Angeles, CA. She has been performing sketch, improv and stand up all over Los Angeles and various US cities. If you haven’t caught one of her live shows, you can see what her comedy is all about on her social media pages where she has been posting her online content. You can also find her in the upcoming horror comedy, Am I The Villain?
Annelise Decker-Hernandez
Annelise Dekker-Hernandez is a comedian, writer, and actress, and definitely the only person in Los Angeles with that job description. You can witness her patented athleisure witch/unhinged art teacher aesthetic at standup comedy venues around LA. As a native Chicagoan, her passions include encased meats and accepting that she is not for everyone.
Auggie Smith
A 30 year veteran of comedy stages around the world Auggie Smith has been seen on Comedy Central, Last Comic Standing and can be heard regularly on The Bob and Tom Show. His long career has included being voted Club Comic Of The Year at the Aspen Comedy Festival and winning both the prestigious Seattle and San Francisco International Comedy Competitions. Auggie has performed at the Montreal Comedy Festival, The Boston Comedy Festival, The Great American Comedy Festival and the Laughing Skull Festival but if you can’t see him live, rants from his multiple comedy albums are in heavy rotation on SiriusXm.
Heather Pasternak
Heather Pasternak had her network debut on CBS’s The Late Show with Steven Colbert. Her other television appearances include FOX’s New Girl, The Mindy Project, Netflix, etc. Her jokes are featured on Sirius XM and she performs in comedy clubs internationally. She’s a NYU Tisch school graduate and the co-founder of The Comedy Partners, leading corporate workshops and stand up comedy classes across the country. Watch her special, Slay at Home Mom, out now.
