We are excited to invite you to participate in Every Bite — a four-week workplace wellbeing programme designed to help us all slow down and reconnect with one of life's most essential pleasures: eating well.

We will be encouraging all participants to reconnect with their food, and develop healthier, more mindful eating habits and reducing the massive amount of food waste that goes to landfill every year. The programme runs from 28 April to 19 May 2026 and is open to all staff and volunteers — with places limited to 20 participants.

We will be kicking off Every Bite with a presentation over lunch here at Te Pūtahi. Come along, enjoy some great kai, hear about the programme, and sign up on the spot. This is a wonderful chance to hear more about what's involved and meet your fellow participants.

Four weeks later, we'll gather to celebrate your journey with a shared potluck lunch. Each participant is warmly encouraged to bring a dish to share it will be a wonderful way to reflect, celebrate, and share together.
