This is a Sacred space where we will sit in Ceremony with our Spirit Cosmic Elixir, this medicine has been created with the intention to seperate the mind from the body, cultivating our mystical life force expanding the Inner Radiance of Light, while activating the Serotonin Receptors which contribute to its calming effect & Connection to the Divine.

SPIRIT OF BREATH (Breathing Super Natural)

Spirit of Breath is a 40min Breath, where we will transmute the disqualified energy in our lower three systems, pull it up the body and active our Third Eye & Crown Chakras, moving aside the mind to connect directly to Light Source.

HEAR MY SOUL (Sound Healing)

This is a 60min Sound Healing , live instruments. I'll be layering sound through a looper to create this Sound Scape and lean into the collective energy to guide me through.

RAPEH TOBACCO (OPTIONAL)

Rapé (pronounced Hapee) is a sacred and powerful plant medicine with deep healing, purifying and centering qualities which has been used for centuries by Brazilian indigenous tribes such as the Huni Kuin, Yawanawa and Nukini.

The Rapé is a powdered mixture made from finely ground Mapacho tobacco and ingredients or ash from various medicinal plants and it is blown into the nose through a bamboo tube (Tepi) or self applicator (kuripe). It cleans physically & energetically, it heals, opens the heart, centers the mind, clears the consciousness and cleans the pineal gland. Rapé is very good to focus and to maintain better concentration during meditation
