Schanelle guides you through a specialised breathing process that offers a deeply emotionally transformative experience. This Cosmic Breathwork is coupled with Shamanic energy healing and carefully curated music to guide you through the journey.

Cosmic Breathwork is an intensive releasing modality, through a unique and specific breathing technique you are guided into a non-conscious mind space, as the distribution of oxygen and carbon dioxide in your body changes; this allows for a psychosomatic release of trapped trauma and repressed emotions.

These breathing techniques will immediately affect your sense of clarity, connection, and inner peace. Here you’ll discover a natural remedy for stress and anxiety, along with greater self-awareness.

This may be a deeply relaxing experience, but it can also be a confronting experience.

I encourage you to surrender to the process and know that you are being supported in this space, Schanelle offers integration tools post the Cosmic Breathwork experience to assist in grounding and understanding the psychology behind the transformative experience.

Breathwork can result in intense physical and emotional release.

Therefore, it is not advised for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, significant recent physical injuries or surgery or psychosis. By buying this ticket you are agreeing that you do not have any of these conditions.
