Cosmic Cuddles: Sound Bath + Dinner

Cosmic Cuddles are back and we would love you to be there. 

Please join Emmy and Poj for  COSMIC CUDDLES at 6pm on Monday 20th March in Collingwood. 

Poj will be offering a restorative sound bath followed by a nourishing dinner made lovingly by Emmy.

⁠Sound bath meditation uses ancient sound healing instruments which have been used for centuries to rebalance the mind, body and soul to a state of equilibrium through vibration and frequencies.⁠

Sharing a meal afterwards will provide us with the opportunity to ground and build connection while munching on deliciousness.⁠

Please bring the following:

• Yoga mat
• Pillow
• Blanket 
• Eye mask 
• Water bottle 
• Comfy clothes
