REIKI 

Reiki is an energy based healing modality whereby universal life-force energy is channelled to unblock and realign the energy centres of the body. When are energy is able to flow freely through our energy centres we may feel relaxed, calm and centred within ourselves. There are many benefits that may occur when receiving reiki energy healing, some of the potential benefits may include;

For centuries sound through music, song, prayer, chanting and meditations has played an integral role in healing in many different cultures around the world. Studies are beginning to demonstrate sound healing as an effective tool to assist individuals to relax and de-stress. Some of the potential benefits of sound healing include;

No experience is necessary all are welcome. At this moment in time it is a requirement by law that you must be fully vaccinated to attend this event, vaccination certificates will be sighted on arrival.
