This beautiful offering is designed to educate you in the inner seasons, the inner goddess and the energy of the menstrual cycle. It’s time to remove the shame. It’s time to fully embrace that you are a cyclical being, and all that comes with that.

Have you suffered with difficult PMS? Do you often feel out of rhythm, or sometimes find yourself tired, drained and out of sorts? I can help show and teach you all of the intricate and NORMAL experiences we go through in our menstrual cycle and not only that, encourage you to LOVE your cycle. It’s our biggest teacher and a way in which our intuition will guide us.

This is a five week offering, with an hour’s zoom call every week. If you cannot attend live it will be recorded and sent to you via email to access at any time. There will also be a group chat set up to ask any questions along the journey.
This offering is designed to be delivered in bite size chunks, diving deep into each of the four phases one at a time and also investigating the moons, manifestation, shadow work and moon, womb and blood magic!

The four components of mind, body, heart and soul will be covered during every phase with a big emphasis within the whole content on how to love and accept yourself, so that you can step into your true authentic self.
