Welcome

Hi friends and fans of cuddling and consent. You are invited to join me, Jo your Tour Guide for 90 mins of embodiment and connection, through a blend of quiet practices and consent/boundaries activities on zoom. There will be both solo and group activities to enjoy.

What to expect:

We will begin with an opening circle then a short crowd sourcing meditation to centre ourselves and become present.

We will then move into a four part exercise which is a progressive experience for participants to feel into an authentic 'no" and "yes" in the body. This brings us into curiosity, playfulness, creativity and depth. These exercises support us to feel greater awareness and connection within ourselves.

Ending with ample time for the exercise I call "Ask the Body" to centre and listen to the body. We finish with a simple closing circle of gratitude and any take -aways to share.

Guidelines:

Please have your camera on.
This is a G rated event and strictly platonic.
Meet one another with curiosity, compassion and kindness.
Take care of yourself (e.g if you need to get some water please get some)
All of you is welcome
Feel free to pass on any activities/exercises
Please come sober and substance free
Feel free to arrive 5 mins early
We will start promptly and the zoom room will be locked 10 mins from the start time.

This is for you if you:

* have attended/want to attend an in-person Cuddle Party and are curious and open to something similar online

* are seeking deeper connection to self and others
* are curious and interested in consent and boundaries
* love embodiment practices

* are open and willing to explore the edge of your comfort zone

Other notes:

* There will be no break-out rooms, we will stay as a small group. (Unless there are more than 3 people and we are all in consent to a break-out room for the last exercise, with the option to stay in the main room.)

* This is a space for all aspects of yourself to show up, eg if you are feeling some sadness then sadness is welcome here.

* You are welcome to grab a cup of tea, a chai, cacao, eat dinner/snack.
