    Cotton Tree Beach Bar's Flavours of the Coast

    Friday July 26th, 5.30pm - 9pm

    Flavours of the Coast is an exclusive Cotton Tree Beach Bar six course degustation event, featuring local produce sourced from the Sunshine Coast region.

    With a 5.30pm arrival leading into a 6pm sit down start, guests are welcomed with a gorgeous Beach Bar Spritz on arrival featuring Sunshine & Sons Gin, lemon juice & sparkling.  

    Guests are then seated and introduced to a fabulous six course degustation paired with beautiful wines to match each course. Our chefs will be interactive throughout the duration of the event, introducing the dishes and describing them in further detail.

    To finish the six-course degustation, each guest will be presented with our Into the Future Cocktail, featuring Sunshine and Sons vodka, watermelon, peach and plum bitters, lime and cranberry. 

    The six course degustation menu items include:

    Focaccia
    Truffle salt, confit Noosa garlic

    Noosa Mushroom Gyoza
    Ponzu, ginger, chilli oil 

    Local Tuna tataki
    Prawn chips, ponzu, wasabi

    Nolans Beef Tenderloin
    Wickham potatoes, mushroom, bone marrow jus

    Mooloolaba Prawn Ravioli
    Noosa black garlic, fennel, chilli, parmesan

    Maleny Dairies Cheese Selection
    Local sourdough, ashburn berry gel, pickles
