Event description

Count her in: embracing the wholeness of women in the workplace

International Women's Day 2024

Join us for a unique workshop and luncheon experience designed to ignite change within the workplace. As we celebrate International Women's Day 2024, we reflect on the theme of "Count Her In" and challenge how we can embrace the wholeness of women in the workplace.

This immersive event goes beyond rhetoric, providing a unique opportunity to explore and embody the principles of leadership, womanhood, and how to instigate real change within the structures and ecosystems we navigate daily.

  • We explore the visible and invisible elements of female leadership.
  • Discover the power within yourself and your community to challenge the status quo.
  • Be challenged to rethink what ‘feminine leadership’ actually is, and the narratives surrounding how women leaders are ‘supposed to behave’.
  • Explore how to influence systems, structures, and processes to create environments where women can affect meaningful change. Break free from the spoken and unspoken rules that may discount women in various leadership roles.

Take home a comprehensive workbook filled with practical tools and resources to support your journey beyond the workshop.

Connect with like-minded individuals during a delicious luncheon. Share insights, experiences, and ideas to further enrich your understanding of the workshop content and build a supportive community.

Inclusions:

  • Delicious lunch
  • Welcome drink on arrival
  • Luxe gift bag filled with exclusive surprises
  • A comprehensive workbook and practical tools to guide your journey
