Designed as a place to slow down and reconnect, The Village Green offers a welcoming, open space where everyone belongs. Whether you’re stopping by for a coffee and a catch-up with a neighbour, watching the kids run free on the grass, or simply soaking in the seaside atmosphere, this is a place made for connection.

At the heart of The Village Green is a sun-drenched lawn, perfect for picnics, relaxed afternoons, and spontaneous meet-ups. In a world that often moves too fast, there’s something special about face-to-face conversations in a beautiful outdoor setting.

The Village Green – Te Hiato Kuaka is more than just a space — it’s a place to meet, connect, and feel part of the community.
