A day to pause, breathe & reconnect

Life can get so full — work, family, routine. It’s easy to slip into autopilot and forget to truly see and feel each other. Couples Connect is a retreat created to give you both the gift of presence — the most precious gift we can offer one another.

Come and step out of the everyday, and into a slower, more nourishing rhythm surrounded by bushland and river in the valley near Wisemans Ferry.

What’s Included

Arrive between 10:00–10:30am for tea and snacks to settle in. At 10:30am we begin, dropping into a nourishing flow designed to help you and your partner slow down and connect more deeply.

Together, you’ll share in:
🌸 A soothing sound bath to relax into presence
🌸 Heart-opening cacao ceremony to connect more deeply
🌸 Nourishing vegetarian lunch made with love
🌸 Free time to swim, bushwalk or simply rest together

This is a day retreat experience, welcoming couples at every stage of their journey. Whether you’ve been together for decades or just begun, this is your time to reconnect, reflect, and relax.

Stay Overnight (Optional – Limited Spots)

If you’d like to stretch the magic a little longer, stay overnight with us. After dinner and a peaceful evening, we’ll gather Sunday morning for:
✨ A grounding Kundalini Yoga practice
✨ A light, nourishing breakfast
✨ Time to linger — swim, bushwalk or visit a local café before heading home

Pricing Options

💕 Day Retreat for Two — $500 per couple
The full Couples Connect experience — sound bath, cacao ceremony, vegetarian lunch, art therapy, free time to swim/bushwalk, and all workshops.

🌙 Couples Overnight – Queen Room — $700 per couple
Everything in the Day Retreat plus:

Your own private queen bedroom in the house (room to yourselves)
Saturday night dinner
Sunday morning Kundalini yoga & breakfast
Extra time to relax before heading home

🌌 Couples Overnight – Camping/Van — $650 per couple
Everything in the Day Retreat plus:

Space to camp on the property (tent/van)
Saturday night dinner
Sunday morning Kundalini yoga & breakfast
