Couples Mini Retreat - Partner Yoga & Shiatsu Massage
- This one-day retreat offers a unique opportunity to deepen your bond, reconnect, cultivate mindfulness, and rediscover the joy of shared experiences. Escape the routine and immerse yourselves in a day filled with love, connection, and wellness.
You will learn some new tools throughout the day that will connect you and your partner into practicing these exercises and techniques at home.
Sharing physical touch and support through Partner Yoga or Massage on a daily or weekly basis is the starting point of developing a ritual together allowing you to take a break from life together, experimenting, playing and living and laughing in the present moment .
This mini retreat is for you if you are feeling a little separated, disconnected or looking for something to share with your partner. It is a wellness practice that you both benefit from.
No experience is needed in any of the modalities.
This is the beginning of a beautiful and shared practice of connecting together. Partner Yoga and Shiatsu Massage are a beautiful combination and a fantastic way to strengthen your relationship, we offer the space to connect and grow in a nurturing and loving environment.
MORNING PARTNER YOGA ALL LEVELS
We offer a Partner Yoga session in the morning that combines the principles of traditional yoga with the support and playfulness of a partner. Together you will explore synchronized movements assisted stretches and trust-building exercises fostering a deeper sense of unity and harmony. Communication and Physical touch will guide you along the way. You are Sharing the same MAT with your partner and become just one breath in motion.
AFTERNOON GUIDED SHIATSU MASSAGE ALL LEVELS
Learn the art of nurturing touch and relaxation through Shiatsu massage. Learn to receive a massage from your partner and learn basic techniques to help your partner release tension by giving him one. Enhance intimacy and connection through touch. You will have the time to both give and receive a massage, to assimilate basic Shiatsu techniques and add even your own style to it.

We have Mat and blanket for everybody but feel free to bring your own if desired.
