This will be a deep dive into exploring the path of intentional relating in truth, affection, intimacy and joy.

About the Retreat

This will be a profoundly intimate 4-day-long couples retreat.

Don't just holiday. Holiday while experiencing the potential of creating a partnership that is not just designed to deepen, bring freshness and lead to more love, freedom and growth in your relationship and life.

You will learn to communicate, touch and connect in a conscious and empowered way and have plenty of downtime to relax as well or work up a sweat....winky face!

This retreat will be an opportunity to learn, laugh and look into and unravel the things that no longer serve the connection in relationships.

Relationships are often based on unspoken or telepathic agreements, which lead to assumptions and expectations. Sooner or later, we find ourselves misaligned with our own truth, disappointed by our partner, or burned out; we make ourselves the victim and our partner the perpetrator.

This will be an embodied experience that you'll literally feel a shift in your nervous system. We'll be reactivating a dormant part of the nervous system based on social engagement and safety. When we engage this part of the nervous system, we lay the foundation for deeper connection, more resilience, health and well-being.

Then having the ability to express not just thoughts but feelings, sensations and movement impulses – moment by moment – and finding the way back to the here and now, instead of just a story of the horrible past and a wish for a better future.

Together, we are learning to surrender and seduce, as well as leading and following erotic flow.

You'll learn to create bonds with yourself and with your lover to access more profound levels of intimacy and expansiveness. To bring integrity to relating as sacred lovers requires clear agreements that create trust, safety, and surrender while maintaining a grounded sense of self. From this place, deep connection qualities of integrity, gratitude and generosity will unfold with ease as you learn the art of taking – and the art of surrender and ravishment.

We want you to leave this retreat with practical tools and a clear appreciation of becoming an empowered partnership.

To do so, you will experience:

An embodied knowing of what it feels like to be safe in your body and safe in relating.
Awareness of your boundaries and the tools to be able to express them.
Communicating your needs and desires clearly and directly.
Feeling confident in your sexual expression and expansion.
The ability to address the relational traumatic activation of your nervous system with your partner as an ally.
The power of play and finding back to the vulnerability of innocence.
Learning to surrender and trust.
Dancing and playing with shadows and using this as fuel for transformation.
Finding your inner truth beyond relationship imprints and becoming confident in relating however you define it.
Recognizing that you are whole and complete unto yourself and, from this place, access more profound levels of intimacy and expansiveness with another.
Creating agreements that are based on sovereignty, integrity, respect, trust and goodwill.

Integrating this work goes far beyond relating to an intimate partner. It opens up how we engage with all human beings – family, friends, colleagues, etc. We come from this authentic truth and align our thoughts, words and actions to create agreements in any engagement. These are holistic tools for life.
