To live and grow in this human life takes COURAGE, and great heart, and is best done in good company.

I invite you to join me for our next delicious deep dive into the medicine of dance, weaving together the practices of Dancing Freedom & Open Floor together with voice exploration & heart songs from around the world, fire ceremony & yoga.

I am so delighted to once again be joined again by the amazing team that came together to create our first COURAGE retreat in August 2022, and the three others in the series - PLENTY, THRESHOLD & BELONGING: the wonderful & wise Sara-Jane Cleland & Sue Tsigaros offering Yoga, Sacred Altars, Emotional Support & Space-holding.

We are so happy to be returning to the gorgeous Heartspace Retreat Centre in Yass, on the expansive country of Ngunnawal. All organic food lovingly prepared by chef Angie Cowen - including local seasonal produce straight from the garden!

COURAGE lands halfway between the Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox, on the Celtic festival known as Imbolc - when Spring is stirring, and it is time to renew, refresh, and begin again. This is the start of the new seasonal year in earth time and a great moment to pause and reflect on where we have been, where we are going, and a chance to reset and open to new cycles and new chapters.

This retreat is an opportunity to resource yourself from a deeper and more connected way of being, to discover greater sources of strength and nourishment for living a heart & soul centered life.
