The Aquarian Age & The Power of Community and Song: In Kundalini Yoga, the Aquarian Age marks a time of profound change where our consciousness is shifting from the love of power to the power of love. It's a period where truth, integrity, and compassion become the keystones of our society. Song and community play vital roles in this new era, offering a path to transcendence and deeper connection with the universe and one another. Through voice and vibration, we come together to heal, to share, and to amplify our spiritual energy.

What is Sadhana? Sadhana in Kundalini Yoga is a daily spiritual practice that includes meditation, chanting, and scripture reading, designed to align your soul with the divine. Our Song Circle Sadhana enhances this tradition, tailoring it to the communal and transformative energies of the Aquarian Age. This event invites you to dive deep into your personal sadhana through the collective joy and meditative state of singing and music-making.

Event Details:

• Location: Worongary (Gold Coast) - NOTE: An email with the address and instructions for where to go on arrival will be sent prior to the event. Keep an eye out.
• Date & Time: Join us as the day fades into a cool, serene sunset, 4pm-6pm.
• Bring: A yoga mat, camp chair, or picnic blanket for comfort on the grass. Don’t forget your drinking water, a cosy blanket to stay warm, and mozzie spray to keep the bugs at bay.
• What We'll Do: Our circle will feature a mix of mantras, new age tunes, and throwback songs. Feel free to bring any musical instruments you have—guitars, drums, flutes, anything that speaks to your spirit! And if a song in your heart wants to be heard, this is the perfect place to share it.
• Who Should Come: Anyone and everyone! You don't need to be a seasoned singer or musician or even spiritual to join us. This event is about expressing yourself in your most authentic and raw form. Come for healing, joy, connection, or all three.

Remember: Bring nothing but yourself, an open heart, and an open soul. This is a place without judgement, only joy and acceptance. Let's celebrate the timeless art of song and the powerful spirit of community together!
