We look forward to having you join us at Australian Parliament House on the morning of 3 October. Food service will commence at Noon. Please look to arrive early for registration, security screening and COVID briefing. Arriving pre-service will give you time to enjoy our Florilegium Exhibition before being escorted to Members Hall. (Guests who are also booking a morning Garden Tour with their Spring Tea ticket will need to arrive by 9.30am).

On arrival, please look for the event sign-in desk in the public underground car park at the entrance to APH. Information to assist you in planning your visit including accessible parking can be found here. Ticket-holders will enjoy free parking in the public car park.

All event guests MUST present Photo ID to gain admittance.

Please understand new access conditions apply in the interest of your health and safety, and the experience will be slightly different to ensure COVID Safe practices.

Photo Identification	*Critical* *– It is imperative that all guests of Parliament House have their photo ID in order to be granted entry.*
Arrival & Entry Instructions	*Access to Parliament House for this event will commence from 11.15am, please allow 15-20 minutes for:* 1. Pre-entry ID check and sign-in at the event registration desk in the downstairs public car park, APH (next to our 'Point One' security entrance) 2. Airport type security scan, kindly note unauthorised items will be cloaked and can be collected upon departure. 3. Unless escorted by Parliament House Pass Holders, all guests will be escorted to Members Hall at approximately 11.45am. 4. Early arrivers will be accompanied by APH staff to enjoy our exhibition Joseph Banks' Florilegium

Accessibility	All of the public areas of Parliament House are fully accessible by wheelchair. Please note that Parliament House has a variety of floor coverings, including polished stone and wood, and high-pile carpets. *Please notify us if you have any accessibility needs for the Spring Tea in your return email.*

Smoking	Kindly note smoking is *not permitted* in Parliament House.
Photos and video	You will be advised on the evening of areas of Parliament House where photography and video is permissible.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please arrive as close to session commencement time as possible for a group briefing by a Visitor Experience staff member. Session groups will be briefed on entry conditions and safety requirements.
Please minimise the amount of personal items you bring into the building including bulky items such as large bags, prams and strollers to assist with a smooth entry through security.
No cloaking will be available for this event.
Entry may be refused to people who appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of illicit substances, or who act in a threatening or unruly manner.
Conditions of entry to Australian Parliament House must be followed which includes security screening and inspection of personal possessions. Please allow sufficient time to clear security screening before the event commencement time.
Patrons must comply with any reasonable directions given by a Parliamentary Security Service Officer or member of the Australian Federal Police.
Visitors with access requirements will be able to use equipment including wheelchairs and scooters.
The data collected in this booking will be used to process your booking and for the Department of Parliamentary Services internal administrative purposes in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. COVID Safe measures

• Limited capacity in public spaces, please follow signage recommendations
• Consistent with ACT Government recommendations visitors will be asked to provide their name and contact number. These details will only be used should contact tracing be required
• Sanitiser stations throughout the APH public spaces
• Additional cleaning of the APH public spaces including high-traffic areas
• Mobility equipment sanitised after each use
