Right now is a really tough and unsettling time for our teenage girls. With social isolation and mental health issues on the rise, how can we empower our girls to build the social and emotional tools they need to flourish at home during this season of life?!

Outcomes:

The COVID-19 Flourish Girl Wellbeing Program is a program that will allow teenage girls to:

Share deeply their personal concerns around COVID-19
Learn how to build more trust & safety with their friends, family and teachers
Develop the social and emotional tools they need to work through this time of crisis
Create a vision of the young women they want to be during this time.
Create a support action plan of what they need from their family, friends & teachers right now.

What does this look like?

A 60 min interactive online session for the teenage girls, which will be facilitated by our CEO & Founder of Flourish Girl, Mandy Dante.

Cost: $25 per girl

Flourish Girl is a preventative mental health program for teenage girls and their mothers. We focus on delivering powerful and engaging in-school programs & mother-daughter programs to empower teenage girls and their mothers to become unstoppable women. Our team of young, relatable and highly-trained female facilitators create safe spaces for girls and mothers, so they can equip themselves with the social and emotional tools they need to navigate through personal and relationship challenges.
