As you wander through the perfectly manicured gardens, you will be transported to a world of natural elegance, where every plant, stone, and water feature has been carefully placed to create a harmonious and serene environment. The gardens also feature traditional Japanese architecture, including a tea house, bridges, and gates, adding to the authentic experience.

About the Trip:
Our meeting points and pick-up times for this trip will be:
7:15 am: Humpy Hall 17 Frewin Pl, Scullin
7:30 am: Belconnen Community Centre, 23 Swanson Ct, Belconnen.
Please make sure to be in your selected location in time for departure.
After departing from Canberra, we will make our way to the Cowra region with our first being at the Cowra Information Centre, where we will enjoy morning tea and learn more about the history of the town.
Then we will take you to the Cowra Japanese Gardens and Cultural Centre. Here we will have a leisurely walk through the gardens and stop for lunch* at the Gardens Café (*At your own expense).
To finalise this amazing tour, we will visit the Cowra breakout and historical cemetery site where we will have the opportunity to explore and soak up the historical importance of these two memorial places from WWII, reflecting on the impact of war and the importance of honouring those who have given their lives in service.
After this unforgettable experience, we will hop back into the coach and make our way back to Canberra.
Canberra drop-off times and locations will be:
6:30 pm: Belconnen Community Centre, 23 Swanson Ct, Belconnen.
6:45 pm: Humpy Hall 17 Frewin Pl, Scullin
Comfortable and accessible
What makes our coach different are the spacious seats and extra-wide windows that allow every single passenger to comfortably enjoy a panoramic view. You can immerse yourself in the stunning Australian landscapes while you arrive at your destination. All passenger seats have seatbelts and armrests and offer USB connectivity.
The coach accommodates up to 45 people and has low-floor kneeling offering wheelchair accessibility for up to 4 wheelchairs at a time.
