Is there anything quite as cozy as a warm bowl of soup as we head into cooler autumn evenings? In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to build layers of flavor in several seasonal soups and stews, along with techniques you can use to improvise your own creations at home. (There's no better way to salvage wilting produce than throwing it into a hearty soup!)

These comforting dishes are simple enough to whip up for a weeknight dinner and perfect for making ahead and freezing. But they're also satisfying and impressive enough to serve all season long at dinner parties and gatherings.

Of course, we’ll sit down to enjoy a shared meal at the end of class.

Registration closes two days before class begins, as our chefs need time to shop and prep. We do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies whenever possible. If a request cannot be accommodated for a particular class, we’ll contact you directly. For guests 21 and over, complimentary wine will be served during the seated dinner portion of class. Please do not bring outside alcohol; we ask that all guests consume responsibly.
