CPD Weekend 2026 brings together leading GP's, clinicians, researchers, and healthcare professionals to explore the complexities of caring for older Australians. Across two days of expert-led presentations, practical workshops, case discussions, and panel sessions, delegates will gain valuable insights into contemporary aged care practice and evidence-based approaches to supporting older people to live well.
Topics will include Parkinson's disease, kidney disease, oral health, exercise prescription, multidisciplinary care, advance care planning, health assessments, aged care navigation, and supporting healthy ageing.

- Is parking available?
Yes, complimentary onsite parking is available for all delegates attending CPD Weekend 2026.
- Can you cater for dietary requirements and allergies?
Yes. Please provide any dietary requirements or allergies during the registration checkout process. Our catering team will do their best to accommodate your needs.
- Is accommodation available?
Stay onsite and make the most of your weekend. Delegates can access an exclusive accommodation rate of $220 per night, including breakfast, at the Panorama Hotel. To book, call (03) 6376 1999 and quote CPD01.
- When are the networking drinks?
Networking drinks and complimentary nibbles will be held onsite from 6:00pm to 8:30pm on Friday evening, providing a relaxed opportunity to connect with fellow delegates, speakers, and industry professionals before the conference program begins.
- Can I purchase additional dinner tickets?
Yes. Additional tickets for the Conference Dinner can be purchased during the registration checkout process.
- Is there a children's program?
Unfortunately, a children's program will not be provided at this year's event.
- Will I receive a certificate of attendance?
Certificates of Attendance are available upon request. Please contact The People Project Tasmania following the event and we will be happy to provide one for your CPD records.
