This session explores the impacts of traumatic brain injury (TBI) on sexuality, with a focus on practical approaches for clinicians.
By the end of the webinar, participants will:
Understand the presentation of sexuality concerns after TBI
Gain language and strategies to raise sexuality issues as part of rehabilitation assessment, treatment, and care planning
Clarify how to approach decision-making within the multidisciplinary team regarding who is best placed to follow up specific issues
Have the opportunity to ask questions during a Q&A session

Candice Care-Unger (she/her), Specialist Social Worker & Clinical Psychosexual Therapist
Candice is an award-winning clinician-researcher, specialist social worker and clinical psychosexual therapist, having worked in hospital and community rehabilitation settings since 2006 across Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States. She currently serves as the NSW Branch President of the Society of Australian Sexologists (SAS).
