🌿 CRAFT VILLAGE — A CREATIVE ESCAPE

Come and spend a few days slowing down, getting creative and reconnecting with yourself, nature and other women.

Set overlooking the ocean in the Far North, Craft Village is nestled amongst food forests, gardens and whimsical cabins — a little world away from the everyday.

Each day brings opportunities to make, experiment and explore through hands-on creative workshops and tactile experiences. Think textiles, wearable art, upcycling, natural dyeing, creative projects, building, making and discovering new ways to work with materials.

There’s also plenty of space to simply BE — wander through nature, explore, nap, swim, chat, meet new people, enjoy nourishing food or curl up with your creative project.

This is a place to tune out and tune in — stimulating the hands and senses while giving the mind some breathing room.

✨ No need to be an “artist” or have everything figured out. Come curious, come playful and come ready to make something.

Limited places available to keep the experience relaxed, personal and connected.

🌿 CRAFT VILLAGE — CREATE, CONNECT & TUNE IN

Come for a few days of creativity, nature, good food and good company — with plenty of space to do as much or as little as you like.

Craft Village is set overlooking the ocean, amongst food forests and whimsical cabins in the Far North. It’s a collaborative creative retreat for women to slow down, experiment, learn, make and share.

A typical day

Morning — ease into the day
Wake naturally, enjoy the surroundings, have a slow morning or get moving — there’s space for your own rhythm before we gather.

10am–3pm — Creative time 🧵
Each day we come together for creative workshops and projects, with plenty of room for experimentation. There’ll be dance/movement breaks, laughter and time to work alongside each other.

Expect a mix of textiles, wearable art, upcycling, natural dyeing, making, building and tactile creative exploration. You don't need to be an expert — curiosity is enough.

Afternoons — your time 🌊
Continue your project if you're inspired, read, nap, explore the beach or bush, swim, wander, relax or simply do nothing.

6pm — Tea & connection ☕
We gather again for tea and a chance to connect, share stories, ideas, knowledge, experiences, games, jokes, music or whatever you feel like bringing to the group.

Food & sharing 🍲

Some meals and food are provided, including a generous lunch platter and wholesome salads and vegetables for our shared evening meals.

Dinners are communal and collaborative. Everyone is invited to bring or create something nourishing to share — a favourite dish, recipe, ingredient, skill or food tradition. It’s not about impressing anyone; it’s about contributing to the village.

There is also open space to share an offering — perhaps a little creative skill, a story, a game, a song, some knowledge, a movement practice, a favourite craft or simply a good joke.

What to bring

Bring comfortable clothing, personal toiletries and your own bedding. Some bedding will be available, but bringing your own ensures you have what you need to sleep comfortably.

Most importantly, bring your curiosity and willingness to participate, experiment and share.

This isn't a retreat where everything is programmed for you. Craft Village is something we create together.

Come to make something.
Come to learn something.
Come to meet people.
Come to rest.
Come to play.

Tune out. Tune in. Make. Share. Be. 🌿🧵🌊
