Be, Make & Do is more than a workshop — it's an experience designed to reconnect you with your inner wisdom, spark your imagination, and support your well-being through scent, energy, and intention.

What to Expect

BE – Begin with deep rest and inner alignment
Settle into stillness with calming energy healing, sound medicine, guided visualisation, and personal mantra discovery. This restorative journey invites you to release, ground, and open up to your intuitive self.

MAKE – Awaken your senses & create your own signature mist
Using pure essential oils, wildflower essences, and intention-setting, you'll craft your own natural perfume mist – a beautiful blend that holds your energy and essence. All materials are provided, with guidance on choosing ingredients that align with your intention.

DO – Anchor your intention into daily life
Through gentle journaling, you’ll reflect on your personal mantra and infuse it into a morning and evening ritual. You'll leave with your mist, a journal card, and simple practices to support your daily alignment.

Whether you're drawn by creativity, curious about the Law of Attraction, or seeking a soul-soothing experience, this workshop is for you. Come solo or bring a friend or family member (open to children 9 years and over accompanied by an adult) — no prior experience needed.

Where: Hand On My Heart Boutique Palm Beach

What to bring: Your beautiful self in comfortable clothing (everything provided). Option to bring a light shawl or blanket and water bottle.

Limited spots to ensure an intimate gathering with full instruction and attention to detail for each guest. Bookings essential.
