In this online workshop we will explore how we can engage our senses to help build safety within and around us.

Our nervous systems have and are being stretched with the recent local and world events... along with the intensity of all our individual life experiences.

We want to offer some tangible supports that you can engage in on a daily basis that become part of your routine to deepen and support your personal sense of safety and create a sanctuary in your world.

Over the years we have gathered a wide range of experiences and tools to help sooth and support our nervous systems and in this workshop we share a range of them and how they relate to our senses. When we engage the senses we offer soothing to the body which becomes a direct and powerful ally in helping bring calmness and peace to the mind.

Our modern world seems to have forgotten or minimised the power and wisdom of the body in helping us reclaim our sense of safety, sanctuary and sacredness in life.

This workshop is for you if:

You want to create sacred space for yourself
Your nervous system needs support
You are navigating a space of feeling grief and/or lost
You are committed to your healing and growth
You want to understand more about how our senses can support our nervous systems and help us create a safe and sacred space
