Crafting Your Word of the Year Workshop with Kitty Coy with "You be You Coaching" and Kristin Heidbreder with "Crafty Chassis."

Let's gather friends, co-workers and family and choose a word of the year! This workshop will be an enlightning and engaging experience to set your intentions and overall theme for 2024. Rather than creating New Year's resolutions, having a word of the year serves as a steady yet gentle nudge to keep your focus on creating positive changes. Use your word of the year to help guide your decisions and continue moving towards what you want to create and the life you want to be living in the new year.

Kitty Coy will lead you through a journaling activity to reflect on 2023 and set our intentions for 2024. Then we will do a guided meditation to help you choose your word of the year. To really bring your word of the year to life, Kristin (aka Kiki) will be your artistic guide to help you create a piece of art that highlights your word. This creation will be a beautiful, visual reminder for you to reflect on throughout the upcoming year. A variety of materials, styles, colors and tools will all be provided for you to fully express yourself and your word!

ABOUT YOUR HOSTS AND THE VENUE

Kitty is an award winning Magnetic Mind coach with a background in neuroscience. Her specialty is helping people create a vision of what they want in their lives and then using neuroscience based tools to help them overcome their vision roadblocks so they can become manifesting machines. She has been hosting vision workshops regularly for 5 years and uses unique processes to enhance our natural creativity and put a fun spin on her events.
