Celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival with Crafts Under the Moon, a hands-on workshop program at Moon Fest Market 2026. 🌕✨

Join us by the riverside in Docklands and explore a variety of Chinese traditional-inspired crafts, including lantern making, decorative charms, traditional-inspired accessories, mosaic crafts, decorative fans and illuminated handmade lanterns.

Workshop tickets are available in two categories:

AUD $12 Workshops
A selection of fun, hands-on craft activities with all required materials included.

AUD $22 Premium Workshops
These more detailed craft experiences also include all required materials, plus a $25 dining voucher that can be used at one of three participating restaurants near the WTC riverside precinct.

That means you can enjoy your workshop first, then use your dining voucher for a meal nearby afterwards. 🍽️✨

We also have an additional workshop led by a stop-motion artist featured in our recently concluded moving image exhibition, Screens in the White Box. Participants will learn basic modelling techniques using plasticine and create their own original characters. No prior experience is required—just bring your imagination!
