Crafty Christmas: Mindful Christmas Creations Card making, clay decorations & gifts plus more!

Step into the joy of the holiday season with Crafty Christmas, a workshop designed to celebrate the magic of mindful creativity and the spirit of giving.

Together, we’ll enjoy an introductory mindfulness meditation to set us up for letting our creativity fly free while creating a range of beautiful handmade Christmas creations. Think cards, gift tags, clay treasures such as Christmas tree decorations and trinket dishes + any decorated paper crafts you can imagine! Using an enchanting variety of resources—including embossing powder, pressed flowers, stickers, textured rollers, personalised decals, and a wide range of pens and decorations, you’ll design heartfelt creations that are as unique as your imagination.

This workshop is a chance to pause and immerse yourself in the calming, nourishing process of art and craft. To step back from your busy day-to-day and relish in this time to fill your cup and connect.

Along the way, we’ll explore how mindful creativity supports your whole being (connecting you to the Earth, to each other and to your inner self), how it can support your mental health and regulating your nervous system, how it helps to cultivate gratitude, and more.
