CRAN Fall Home Tour 2026

Join AIA Colorado’s CRAN Fall Home Tour on October 28, 4:30–6 p.m., to explore a new Boulder home built following demolition of the previous residence with Melton Design/Build architects Richard McSwain, AIA, and Alex Parulis.

Explore how the team balanced the homeowners’ goals with Boulder’s stringent zoning requirements and resolved structural, mechanical, and stormwater challenges.

The homeowners will offer their perspective on the process.

WHEN: Oct 28, check-in at 4:30pm, tour starts at 4:45pm.

WHERE: 410 Iris Ave., Boulder.

TOUR: Limited to 16 AIA members; only one tour is offered.

PARKING: Street parking is available throughout the neighborhood.

EDUCATION: Tour to be submitted for 1 LU|HSW
