Cranbrook Rowing - Holiday Training Camp, Berry NSW

Dear Parents
Cranbrook School intends to send any Rowers in Year 7 - 11 to a holiday Training Camp to be held at Sport &Recreation Centre, Berry, NSW. between Monday 7th - Friday 11th October. Crews will train on the tranquil waters of Broughton Creek which runs down to the Shoalhaven River.
The details are as follows.
- Monday 7 – Friday 11 October 2024.
- Boys will be bussed from Bellevue Hill leaving at 7:00AM Monday 7th October, returning to Bellevue Hill at 5:00PM Friday 11th October.
- Boys will be staying at the NSW Sport & Recreation Centre, Coolangatta Road, Berry.
- Boys will undertake several rows a day with expert coaching and extensive video analysis.
- All meals will be prepared by the staff at NSW Sport & Recreation Centre

The cost of the trip is $960 per boy.
Please note payments for the Cranbrook Rowing - Holiday Training Camp, Berry NSW are strictly non-refundable. This includes if the Cranbrook Rowing - Holiday Training Camp, Berry NSW is cancelled as a result of COVID-19, or a student is no longer able to attend (whether due to COVID-19 isolation, illness or injury, change of mind, scheduling clash, or any other reason).
Should the Cranbrook Rowing - Holiday Training Camp, Berry NSW be cancelled as a result of COVID-19, or a student be unable to attend (due to illness, injury or COVID-19 isolation only and supported by a medical certificate), the School will work with suppliers to obtain any refunds that may be available and any such refunds will be passed on to parents. The extent of refunds available, if any, will depend on individual supplier terms and conditions, and the time at which cancellation or withdrawal occurs.
NB:
Students will be required to comply with any Public Health Orders and School policies and procedures with respect to COVID-19 whilst attending the Cranbrook Rowing - HolidayTraining Camp, Berry NSW. This will include hygiene and social distancing requirements, and may include mask wearing in some circumstances where recommended or required.
Students displaying any symptoms of illness or required to isolate under Public Health Orders may not attend. Students who become unwell whilst on the excursion will be required to be collected by their parents and any associated costs will be the responsibility of the parents.
