HOW TO PREPARE:

Please have a comfortable space prepared, such as a cozy chair, couch, or place to lay on the floor, where you can relax and receive the healing. You can have your video on or off ~ whatever is most comfortable for you. Since the healing is done in silence, you’re welcome to have music or white noise playing in the background if that will help you relax more deeply.
